Our motorhomes and campers are all expertly maintained to a strict maintenance protocol
Our rates for the 2026 season
Rates include 15% VAT and are based on South African Rands (R) or Namibian Dollars (N$). All our motorhomes are fully equipped including camping table and chairs.
For the Discoverer 4 and 6 models, R/N$ 80 daily charge is added for departure in Namibia.

Minimum rentals days is 3 days
Daily rate from 3 to 7 days has limited kilometers of 220 per day
Extra kms: R5 per km
From 8 days rental and more the daily rate includes unlimited kilometers
Please note: Events like Afrika Burn and the Cape Epic have different rates. Please enquire. Long-term rate discounts are based on per contract basis.
2026 season: If you want to reduce your own risk
R58 000 excess for all Discoverer models.
To reduce this excess, you may select from the following options:
• CDW Midi: R290 per day reduces excess to R24 000
• CDW Maxi: R410 per day reduces excess to nil (only applicable from 8 rental days onwards)
For when you return your camper at another location.
• One way within South Africa: R6100
• One way Windhoek: R12000
• Other cities on request
• Cross-border surcharge: R1 200
• R550 levy per contract for Sundays and public holidays
For airport collection only. We bring you back to the airport free.
• Johannesburg Airport or hotel within 10Km from airport: R140 per person
• Johannesburg hotel more than 10Km from airport: On request
• Cape Town Airport or hotel in Cape Town: R250 per person
• Windhoek Airport or hotel in Windhoek: R180 per person
• Children under 12 years free
These items can be hired (when available)
• Baby car seat for younger than two years: R180 per week or part thereof.
• Barbeque grid: R50 per week or part thereof
• 3 months before departure date: 10% of total costs
• 2 months before departure date: 25% of total costs
• 1 month before departure date: 50% of total costs
• 1 week or no-show: 100% of total costs
